These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PMP Exam Master, a mobile application developed and operated by Teqpan ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using PMP Exam Master, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. About PMP Exam Master

PMP Exam Master is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification examination through practice questions, mock exams, study tools, and performance analytics. The application is intended as a study and preparation aid only. It is not a certification examination and does not guarantee that a user will pass the PMP® examination.

2. PMP® and PMI®

PMP Exam Master is an independent educational application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). PMI®, PMP®, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

3. Use of the Application

You may use PMP Exam Master for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to disrupt the application; 
• copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application's content without authorization; 
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to application systems or services; 
• reverse engineer the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law; or 
• use the application in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. 

4. Educational Content

The questions, explanations, study materials, and other educational content available through PMP Exam Master are provided for educational and preparation purposes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful content. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

PMP Exam Master should not be considered an official PMI® study product or source of examination content.

5. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

PMP Exam Master may offer optional Premium features and content. Premium features may be purchased through Google Play's billing system. The price and purchase terms displayed through Google Play at the time of purchase apply to the transaction. Premium access is optional, and the free version of PMP Exam Master remains available without requiring a Premium purchase.

6. Purchases and Restoration

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies. If you have previously purchased Premium, your entitlement may be restored after reinstalling the application or when using the Google Play account associated with the purchase, subject to Google's purchase and entitlement systems. Teqpan does not have access to your Google account payment credentials.

7. Advertising

The free version of PMP Exam Master may display advertising provided by third-party advertising services. Advertising practices and the handling of applicable user or device information are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

PMP Exam Master, including its software, design, branding, graphics, original content, and other materials provided by Teqpan, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.

9. Application Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and functional application, but we do not guarantee that PMP Exam Master will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the application when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons.

10. Disclaimer

PMP Exam Master is provided as an educational preparation tool. Use of the application does not guarantee a particular examination result, certification outcome, professional qualification, or employment outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teqpan is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information provided through the application.

11. Privacy

Your use of PMP Exam Master is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with the application.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the application, our services, applicable laws, or other requirements. When we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of PMP Exam Master after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
