1. Introduction

Teqpan ("Teqpan", "we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes PMP Exam Master ("PMP Exam Master" or the "App"), a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PMP Exam Master. We are committed to protecting user privacy and to being transparent about how information is handled by the App and by the third-party services used by the App.

3. User Accounts

PMP Exam Master does not currently require users to create an account or provide personal registration information in order to use the App. The App does not currently provide user account registration, login, or account-based profiles.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

PMP Exam Master may store information locally on your device in order to provide and maintain the functionality of the App. This may include:

• Practice progress

• Quiz and mock examination results

• Performance statistics

• Application preferences and settings

• Information required to maintain the App's functionality

• Premium entitlement information

This information is used to provide features and functionality within the App. Because PMP Exam Master does not require a user account, this locally stored information is not associated with a Teqpan user account. Information stored locally may be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

5. Advertising

The free version of PMP Exam Master may display advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on the applicable configuration and services, this information may include:

• IP address

• Device and advertising identifiers

• Device and app information

• User interactions with the App and advertisements

• Diagnostic and performance information

An IP address may be used to estimate the general location of a device. Advertising providers may use this information to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, as well as to help detect and prevent fraud and abuse. The handling of information by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. Users may also have controls available through their Android device and Google account settings to manage certain advertising and privacy preferences.

6. Premium Purchases

PMP Exam Master offers optional Premium functionality. Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. Teqpan does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials through the App. The App may receive purchase-related information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether Premium functionality has been purchased or restored. If Premium was previously purchased using the same Google Play account, the purchase may be restored when the App is reinstalled or when the user chooses to restore purchases. Google processes payment and purchase information according to its applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Third-Party Services

PMP Exam Master uses third-party services to provide certain functionality. These services currently include:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) – advertising and related services

• Google Play Billing – in-app purchase processing and Premium entitlement management

These third-party services may collect, process, or share information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws. Teqpan is responsible for ensuring that third-party services integrated into PMP Exam Master are used in accordance with applicable Google Play requirements.

8. How Information Is Used

Information handled by PMP Exam Master and its third-party service providers may be used to:

• Provide and maintain the App

• Save and display learning progress

• Calculate and display practice and examination performance

• Maintain application settings

• Determine Premium entitlement

• Provide and measure advertising

• Support advertising and fraud-prevention functions

• Maintain the security, reliability, and functionality of the App

• Comply with applicable legal requirements

9. Data Sharing

Teqpan does not sell users' personal or sensitive information. Information may be processed or shared with third-party service providers when necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy. This includes Google services used for advertising and Google Play Billing. Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable legal requirements.

10. Data Security

Teqpan takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by PMP Exam Master. Information transmitted through applicable third-party services may be protected using security technologies such as encryption in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

PMP Exam Master does not require users to create an account. Information stored locally by the App remains on the user's device until it is removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Information processed by third-party services, including advertising and Google Play Billing services, may be retained by those providers according to their respective privacy policies, legal requirements, and applicable retention practices. Because PMP Exam Master does not currently provide user account registration, Teqpan does not maintain a user account database requiring account deletion.

12. Children's Privacy

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PMP Exam Master, our services, applicable laws, or our data practices. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
